Trench London Product Usage Guidelines
All Products:
- All materials used in Trench London products (leather, fabric, patent leather, synthetic leather, denim, coated fabric, etc.) are sensitive to moisture and heat. Avoid exposing them to such conditions. Store the products in the dust bag provided at the time of purchase in a well-ventilated place.
- All Trench London leather is natural leather, so small scars or marks on the surface are proof of using natural materials and not defects. The leather is naturally dyed and untreated for waterproofing or processing. Therefore, avoid exposure to moisture (rain, water, sweat, etc.), oil, humidity (especially high humidity in summer), and direct sunlight. Contact with light-colored clothing should be avoided as it may cause dye transfer. Especially, if the edges of natural leather are exposed to moisture, the leather color may transfer to other materials.
- If the product gets wet from rain or water, immediately wipe off and remove moisture to minimize damage to the product. Damaged materials cannot be repaired.
- All materials used in Trench London products (leather, fabric, patent leather, synthetic leather, denim, coated fabric, etc.) may show surface wear due to use, which is unrelated to the durability of the product. Avoid scratching with sharp objects or impact that may tear the material, and note that damaged materials cannot be repaired.
- All materials can be stained by dark-colored external objects (jean material and dark-colored clothing, etc.), and repair or washing is not possible.
- The natural wear or splitting of the material, or color fading due to use, is unrelated to the durability of the product, and repair may not be possible.
- Trench London does not provide washing services or repair services for replacing damaged materials with domestic materials. Please contact an individual repair shop for such services.
- Metals with a vintage finish may have uneven surface colors, which is a characteristic of the designer’s intent and not a defect.
Footwear Products:
- For all Trench London footwear, adding rubber soles to prevent wear or slipping of the leather soles changes the characteristics of the original leather soles. Therefore, Trench London stores do not provide rubber sole attachment services. If you add rubber soles arbitrarily, exchanges/refunds are not possible, and only domestic repairs can be processed.
- Due to the characteristics of natural materials, dye transfer may occur if exposed to moisture, especially when wearing in rain or snow, so be cautious as color transfer may occur to light-colored socks or feet.
- Light-colored shoes cannot be washed or dyed. Be cautious when wearing with denim material, and note that using chemicals to shine leather can damage it.
Clothing:
- Trench London is not responsible for damages due to consumer negligence or washing errors, or quality issues for products exceeding the 2-year warranty period. Paid repairs are available if repair is possible.
Packaging
All Trench London packaging (including shopping bags) is untreated with chemicals to prevent environmental pollution. The color may easily transfer from the packaging regardless of moisture, so please be cautious.
